The return shuttle (way back to Avanti) will depart promptly 30 minutes after the music ends from the same spot as when you were dropped off at the Upper North Lot Google Maps Link/iPhone Maps Link. We are not responsible if you miss the shuttle.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your shuttle ticket for a full refund as long as you do so at least 24 hours before the shuttle's departure time. The tickets are nonrefundable for cancelations within less than 24 hours before the shuttle departure time.

Shuttle FAQ

I only need the way back shuttle ride. Can I still use the shuttle?

Our shuttle service doesn't offer one-way tickets, but you may use the round-trip ticket as a one-way ticket. Please text the date, name, and "Return Only" to (720)591-9662, and our dispatcher will reply with the return pickup location and vehicle description.

What vehicles do you use? Is there a restroom on board?

Depending on the group size, we may use:
- 14-passenger Transit or Sprinter vans
- 28-passenger Minibuses
- 56-passenger Motorcoaches (Tour Bus)
Only Motorcoaches (Tour Buses) have restrooms on board. There is a restroom at the departure location and right at the drop-off location. The trip duration is between 45 and 60 minutes.

Can I go to Red Rocks from one location and come back to another?

Typically, the answer is NO. Although we can't guarantee the ability to switch shuttle stops, we are always trying to accommodate every request, so contact the office on the day of the show to see if you can switch, or come and ask the bus driver after the show to see if there are available seats.

Is an alcoholic beverage allowed on the shuttle?

Yes! The only requirement is that you are legally able to do so (21+ years of age). Keep in mind that bar drinks cannot leave the bar; therefore, bar drinks are not allowed on the bus.

Can I smoke on the shuttle?

All vehicles are completely non-smoking (no vaping, no e-cigarettes, no tobacco, no marijuana, etc.)
